Coronavirus Update

Welcoming customers to Tomlinson’s Leisure Park providing a warm, clean and comfortable stay is our top priority. We are taking all necessary measures to mitigate the risk caused by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We have stepped up precautionary arrangements throughout the park to help guard against the spread of Covid-19 and the safety of our customers and employees is of paramount importance to us. We take the utmost care to ensure every stay with us is safe, clean and comfortable.

We work closely with our cleaning product suppliers to ensure that we have industry standard cleaning materials in use throughout the site to keep all required areas of the park sanitized and hygienic. We have produced comprehensive risk assessments to mitigate against the risk posed by Covid-19 and accompanying method statements for tasks carried out by staff throughout the park.

Customers are welcomed to Tomlinson’s with our usual warmth, eagerness and friendliness and our employees stand united and are fully committed towards overcoming these trying times together.

In order to care for customers, we have briefed our employees on guidelines provided by Public Health England.

The team are dedicated to cleaning throughout the park to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all our customers.

Our preventative measures include:

  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitation of public areas
  • Regular sanitation of contact points, including the reception area, bar area, café and other high-traffic public areas throughout the park
  • Hand sanitisers placed at customer contact areas, including the reception area, The Moonfleet & Gino’s Café
  • Equipping Reception with infrared thermometers to conduct temperature checks on our guests upon request
  • Provision of PPE for all our staff

We hope that the implementation of these measures will help give our customers the confidence and assurance needed enjoy and relax their time with us and all Tomlinson’s has to offer.
